Patient Access Officer

Deliver Exceptional Patient Care
We're seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Officer to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our Patient Access department, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a comprehensive range of administrative services to consultants and other third parties.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on the hospital database.
- Formally pre-registering or registering patients onto HCA databases.
- Ensuring all relevant patient documents are signed and scanned to the patient accounts.
- Responding to telephone, written, and face-to-face queries.
- Managing patient waiting areas to ensure the Patient Access Service runs smoothly.
- Coordinating and facilitating all patient bookings where applicable.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an individual with:
- Previous administrative experience in a client/customer-facing role.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office - Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
