Nurse Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Team Manager to join our team in the acute division of unplanned care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and clinical support workers to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in managing staff, budgets, and clinical governance. You will be a role model for nurses, representing the department and trust as required, and will be responsible for promoting high standards of professional practice and quality care within the corporate policies, protocols, and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and clinical support workers to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Manage staff, budgets, and clinical governance to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Be a role model for nurses, representing the department and trust as required.
- Promote high standards of professional practice and quality care within the corporate policies, protocols, and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- 1st level registration as a nurse.
- ILS (Infection Prevention and Control) training.
- Accident and emergency course or Advanced Health Assessment and diagnostic indicators Course or equivalent.
- Degree to BSc level.
