Nurse Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Team Manager to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to our paediatric nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
The successful candidate will have significant post-registration experience in general paediatrics, with a proven track record of managing patient care, coordinating shifts, and supervising teams. You will be an excellent communicator, able to work across professional boundaries, and possess strong leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and management to the paediatric nursing team
- Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Coordinate and manage patient care, including prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
- Significant post-registration experience in general paediatrics
- Proven track record of managing patient care, coordinating shifts, and supervising teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work across professional boundaries and possess strong management skills
