Nurse Team Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Team Manager to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to our paediatric nursing services.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in paediatric nursing, with experience in managing teams and leading clinical initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our trust's strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and management to our paediatric nursing services
- Develop and implement clinical initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
- Manage and lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our trust's strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration
- Recognised teaching and assessing qualification
- Evidence of ongoing dynamic professional development and application to practice
- EPLS or APLS or equivalent
- Appraisal training
- Level 3 Safeguarding training
- Previous management experience in a paediatric setting
- Experience of implementing and managing change
- Ability to work across professional teams and organisational boundaries
