The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on recovery and enabling patients to reintegrate back into the community. With a salary of around £65,000 per annum, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team environment and contribute to the development of our patients' care plans.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals from nursing, clinical psychology, and occupational therapy. You will review treatment plans, coordinate discharge, and liaise with Commissioners regarding admission, progress updates, and discharge planning.
