Divisional Improvement Partner

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join our Royal Academy of Improvement.
The Divisional Improvement Partner will support Divisional staff and teams in delivering redesign and improvement of clinical and non-clinical services. This is a key partnership role working with operational colleagues and clinicians to design implement and measure improvement projects which will deliver high quality patient care, improved outcomes and high value services.
The post holder will engage with and motivate colleagues to deliver sustainable change, communicating effectively with all stakeholders. The post holder will maintain rigorous project documentation to provide assurance on delivery and have the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
As a member of the Royal Academy of Improvement, the post holder will be required to teach and coach colleagues using Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign (QSIR) improvement methodology, tools and techniques. They will also be required to provide regular support to the network of Royal Academy of Improvement Ambassadors in fostering and delivering improvement action within their respective divisions and departments.
