Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Front of House Manager at one of Scotland's leading hospitality venues. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting sales growth, controlling costs, and managing service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring all staff deliver excellent service standards
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales growth targets and control costs effectively
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Manage staff development, providing training and coaching to ensure all team members have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of achieving results through effective teamwork and communication
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business
