Your Role:

We are seeking a skilled Front of House Team Member to join our team at Duck & Waffle. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service to our guests.

Your Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas
- Answer phones in a prompt manner with appropriate scripting
- Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly, and customers' concerns are addressed
- Direct guests to cloakrooms and waiting areas such as Bar and/or lounge

Your Requirements:

- At least 1 year of front of house experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and follow directions
