In this critical role, you will be supporting the day-to-day activities of our Solihull General Surgery Colorectal team. This includes handling various secretarial duties, such as managing the consultant's diary, providing PA services, and ensuring patient care and satisfaction.

You will work closely with the team to handle correspondence, maintain stock control, supervise secretaries, and participate in the induction and training of new staff. A mature, open, and flexible approach to work is required, as well as the ability to travel to multiple sites and demonstrate reliability, motivation, and commitment.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess strong analytical and judgemental skills, as well as excellent communication and customer care skills. The salary for this role is around £28,000 - £38,000 per year.
