Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As a part-time employee, you will work approximately 18.5 hours per week in a permanent capacity. The successful candidate will possess excellent IT skills, particularly with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other digital tools. They will also demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with the senior management team and other staff members.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and improving internal processes, communications, and financial recording and processing. You will also develop and implement internal communications, utilizing the CTS Sharepoint environment, and support staff with MS software, assessing training needs, and sourcing how-to guides. Additionally, you will lead on sourcing and producing branded publicity, stationery, consumables, and information for the service, as well as oversee financial information for the CEO and senior management team on grant-funded performance.

Requirements:
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual with excellent IT skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with the senior management team and other staff members.
  • Ability to maintain and improve internal processes, communications, and financial recording and processing.
