About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleanliness Coordinator. As a key member of our residential support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize cleaning rotas to ensure comprehensive coverage and high standards of cleanliness
  • Conduct thorough cleaning duties, including washing floors, emptying bins, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and dusting
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management teams
  • Organize and assist with laundry duties and rotas
  • Assist with ordering and storing cleaning supplies in accordance with COSHH regulations
  • Attend all mandatory training to gain a deep understanding of the work setting, service users, and safeguarding information
