Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Waiting/Bar Staff to join our team, where you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable moments for our customers. As a Waiting/Bar Staff, you'll be the face of our business, providing top-notch service and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile on their face.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcome.
  • Know our menu inside out, offering recommendations and making informed decisions to meet customer needs.
  • Greet, serve food, and look after our customers while they dine with us, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Assist the bar team in preparing drinks to meet specs and customer expectations, always maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
