Our stores can become quite bustling, so you must be adept at managing numerous customers, busy checkout lines, and juggling various tasks. However, you will enjoy the experience and discover why a bit of enthusiasm is essential to thrive in our setting.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently to assist each customer in commemorating their life's milestones.
- Handle all transactions courteously, efficiently, and accurately while promoting additional products at the register.
- Ensure proper pricing and presentation of stock and merchandise.
- Collaborate with the team to receive and unpack deliveries.
- Assist with inventory counts, which may involve working outside regular store hours.
Previous retail experience is not mandatory to start your journey with Card Factory. We prioritize personality and a genuine passion for customer service above all.
