As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of customer interactions, handling busy checkout lines, and multitasking effectively. - Deliver outstanding customer service consistently to assist each customer in celebrating their life's milestones.
- Process transactions courteously, efficiently, and accurately while promoting additional products at the register.
- Ensure proper pricing and presentation of merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to receive and organize deliveries.
- Participate in inventory counts, which may require working outside of regular store hours.
Previous retail experience is not a requirement for joining our Card Factory family. We prioritize personality and a genuine passion for customer service above all else.
