School Support Worker
CV-Library is seeking a highly motivated and caring Emotional Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team in Chipstead, Surrey. As a School Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH needs and promoting their emotional wellbeing.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have a relevant teaching qualification and experience working with students with SEMH needs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to collaborate effectively with colleagues and provide individualized support to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEMH needs to achieve their academic potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

About the School
Our school prioritizes student wellbeing and provides ongoing professional development opportunities. We cater to 75 students with SEMH needs and aim to create a supportive community that fosters academic success and personal growth.

Requirements:
  • Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer
In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary range £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
