About the Position:

You will be part of a dedicated team that strives to create a safe and nurturing environment for students to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality support services to students facing emotional and behavioural challenges.
  2. Work collaboratively with educational professionals to develop and implement individualised learning plans.
  3. Implement evidence-based behaviour management strategies to promote a positive learning environment.
  4. Maintain strong, trusting relationships with students, fostering open communication and empathy.
  5. Contribute to multidisciplinary teams, monitoring student progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Design and deliver engaging therapeutic activities to enhance students' emotional resilience.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience working with students who have faced trauma, neglect, or abuse.
  2. Effective behaviour management skills and a professional approach to challenging situations.
  3. A deep understanding of mental health requirements and a commitment to supporting vulnerable students.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Desirable: relevant qualifications or training in student wellbeing or education.
