Business Process Specialist - Fully Remote based in the UK
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Specialist to join our team. As a Business Process Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting improvements of business processes, systems, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the business on identifying business improvement opportunities and deliver effective process improvement projects
- Evaluate existing business processes to meet business objectives
- Create documentation to outline processes
- Promote knowledge sharing and advising on effective use of technological solutions
- Maintain, use, and share up-to-date knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Work within a team to deliver departmental strategy and targets
- Keep business process library up to date
- Monitor and conduct ongoing analysis to ensure processes are continually meeting Business Objectives
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Experienced at meeting demanding timelines, in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Proven ability to network and build relationships
- Good influencing skills and stakeholder management
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Power automate, and Word
Desirable Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma (or equivalent) qualification and expertise (minimum Yellow Belt)
- Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis
- Experience of creating process documentation using BPMN 20 and version control standards
- Experience in facilitation, training, presenting to business professionals to a senior level
