Business Process Specialist - Fully Remote based in the UK

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Specialist to join our team. As a Business Process Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting improvements of business processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the business on identifying business improvement opportunities and deliver effective process improvement projects
  • Evaluate existing business processes to meet business objectives
  • Create documentation to outline processes
  • Promote knowledge sharing and advising on effective use of technological solutions
  • Maintain, use, and share up-to-date knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Work within a team to deliver departmental strategy and targets
  • Keep business process library up to date
  • Monitor and conduct ongoing analysis to ensure processes are continually meeting Business Objectives

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Experienced at meeting demanding timelines, in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Proven ability to network and build relationships
  • Good influencing skills and stakeholder management
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Power automate, and Word

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma (or equivalent) qualification and expertise (minimum Yellow Belt)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis
  • Experience of creating process documentation using BPMN 20 and version control standards
  • Experience in facilitation, training, presenting to business professionals to a senior level
