Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Specialist to join our team at Brakes. As a key member of our Business Process Team, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting improvements of business processes, systems, and ways of working. Your primary focus will be on identifying process improvement opportunities across the commercial function that will drive efficiency and effectiveness benefits within our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the business to identify business improvement opportunities and deliver effective process improvement projects
Evaluate existing business processes to meet business objectives
Create documentation to outline processes
Promote knowledge sharing and advising on effective use of technological solutions
Maintain, use, and share up-to-date knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
Work within a team to deliver departmental strategy and targets
Keep business process library up to date
Monitor and conduct ongoing analysis to ensure processes are continually meeting business objectives

Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels
Experienced at meeting demanding timelines, in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Proven ability to network and build relationships
Good influencing skills and stakeholder management
Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, and Word
