Job Title: Business Process Improvement Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Brake Bros Limited. As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements across the commercial function to drive efficiency and effectiveness benefits within our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the business to identify business improvement opportunities and deliver effective process improvement projects
- Evaluate existing business processes to meet business objectives
- Create documentation to outline processes
- Promote knowledge sharing and advising on effective use of technological solutions
- Maintain, use and share up-to-date knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Work within a team to deliver departmental strategy and targets
- Keep business process library up to date
- Monitor and conduct ongoing analysis to ensure processes are continually meeting Business Objectives
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Experienced at meeting demanding timelines, in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Proven ability to network and build relationships
- Good influencing skills and stakeholder management
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Power automate and Word
