At Verto People, we're seeking an exceptional Business Development Specialist to join our team in Kent and Sussex. This role offers a rare opportunity to work with a global leading manufacturer of compressed air systems.

About the Role

This is a sales-focused position that requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for building relationships. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for selling compressed air products and solutions, including compressors, nitrogen generators, blowers, and dryers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or business development, with experience in the manufacturing industry. You should possess excellent negotiation skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell compressed air products and solutions to customers in Kent and Sussex
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and grow revenue. A salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this exciting opportunity.
