We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful HR Administrator to join our team at a food manufacturing business in Doncaster. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting initial screenings and overseeing induction procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for growth and progression in your HR career, with the company providing funding for your CIPD qualifications. If you have some admin experience and are looking to support the HR team and learn new skills, or if you are a recent graduate in Business Management or Human Resources, this could be your perfect way into HR.

The role is site-based, Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30, allowing you to learn from experienced peers and colleagues. You will be instrumental in maintaining HR systems, with exposure to every aspect of the HR process.
