Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders and quotes in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients
- Review and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with ad-hoc requests from the regional sales team
- Update customer records and provide clear notes on customer interactions
- Liaise with the regional sales team and other departments to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Escalate any potential risks to the business to the Commercial Sales Director
- Self-motivated and organized with strong commercial focus
- Confident in using Excel, Word, and CASH for Windows or similar service management software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic technical knowledge of fire and security products and systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Basic salary up to £24,000 subject to experience
