Additional Learning Support Director

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Additional Learning Support provision to ensure effectiveness, high quality, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Oversight of the delivery of support, including accurate recording, funding claims, and data management.
- Conducting audits, learner assessments, and observations to identify and address support needs.
- Collaborating with curriculum teams, exams staff, and stakeholders to facilitate access arrangements and improve the learning experience.
- Line-managing Learning Support Assistants, including recruitment, induction, performance reviews, and timetabling.
- Maintaining strong communication between the Learning Support Team, teaching staff, and external stakeholders.
- Analyzing statistical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
