We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Educator for Students with Additional Needs to join our dynamic team at Wayman Learning Trust's SEN school in Wood Green. As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes equal opportunities for all students.

In this full-time permanent role, you will design and deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, using innovative and accessible approaches to engage students with additional needs. You will work closely with our team of SEN professionals, including support staff and educational psychologists, to develop tailored teaching methods and resources.

Key responsibilities include fostering a positive classroom atmosphere, promoting participation and a love of learning, and helping students build confidence and resilience. To excel in this role, you will require Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in KS2 teaching, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
