Job Title: SEN Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEN Support Specialist to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a Counselling Psychology Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs in a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with student development and work closely with teaching staff to ensure individualized learning plans.
  • Provide support to students with ADHD, SEMH, or SLCN, and other special educational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to promote positive outcomes for students.

Requirements:
* Strong academic background in Counselling Psychology
* Relevant experience in working with students with additional needs
* DBS check or willingness to apply
