Contract Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Planner to join our team at PDA Search and Selection Ltd. As a Contract Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase and Hire Order Management: You will be responsible for raising, monitoring, and recording all purchase and hire orders, as well as investigating invoice queries where necessary.
- Work Planning: You will plan all new and outstanding works for both fabric and electrical technicians, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- SLA/KPI Management: You will drive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring that targets are achieved and productivity is maximized.
- Technician Productivity: You will work closely with technicians to ensure that productivity is maximized as per contractual targets.
- Compliance and Reporting: You will assist the PPM planner in arranging all compliance SLAs and ensure that systems are updated accordingly.
- Sub-Contractor Management: You will liaise with sub-contractors to manage open work orders, ensuring that jobs are completed within agreed timescales and systems are updated.
- Parts Supply and Equipment Management: You will manage equipment deliveries, returns, and replacements, as well as liaise with parts suppliers to notify delivery issues to the FM teams.
- Dashboard Management: You will manage and report on dashboard tiles, providing valuable insights to the team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be PC literate and conversant with packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication and telephone skills are also essential.
Working Arrangements:
This is a contract role, working on a rota basis, with shifts including 7am-3pm and 12noon-8pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
