About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our team at Arcus Solutions. As a key member of our Facilities Management department, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling planned and reactive works for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule planned and reactive works for clients, ensuring timely completion and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with field engineers, sub-contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting deadlines.
  • Utilize a Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to track and manage work orders, schedules, and client information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Facilities Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CAFM systems and other software applications relevant to the role.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
