About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as Curriculum Director for Student Experience. This is a pivotal leadership role that will play a crucial part in shaping the learning environment and ensuring our students receive the highest quality education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Vision

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the standards of behaviour required to provide a positive learning environment. You will work closely with staff to produce and implement whole college plans, initiatives, and strategies to improve student behaviour.

Equality and Diversity

You will promote non-discriminatory behaviour and ensure equality and diversity is sustained within the college. This includes taking an overview on attendance for the Campus and working with curriculum and pastoral leads to review and implement improvement strategies.

Student Voice

You will review the outcomes from the college's student voice and liaise with curriculum areas/tutorial teams to improve provision. Additionally, you will maintain the highest quality student experience and centre community outside of learning areas.

Requirements
  • Experience

You should have significant managerial experience within the education sector, specifically in leading a varied curriculum and delivering high-quality results.

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and dedicated to students, being at the heart of the Campus. They will have excellent communication skills, a collaborative style, and above all, be committed to the highest standards, inspiring others to achieve the best results.

Benefits

The salary for this position is £48,000-£56,000 per annum (Band 10). Additional benefits include access to additional annual leave, NUS/TOTUM discount, employee assistance helpline, and a generous pension scheme.
