Job Description

We are seeking a Curriculum Development Director to lead the development and implementation of our IoT provision at MidKent College. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the curriculum development process, working closely with the curriculum team and industry partners to ensure that our programmes meet the needs of employers and learners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in higher education management, with experience in leading teams and developing curricula that meet industry needs. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and industry partners.
