Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to take a lead role in promoting excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment across the organisation. About the Role

The successful candidate will promote and implement a range of teaching and learning initiatives to develop practice across the curriculum, including embedding a coaching and mentoring model, leading on teaching and learning projects, sharing best practice, and developing and delivering training to teachers and trainers. The role will include a 0.4 teaching commitment in a vocational area. Potential areas of support include English & Maths and Vocational programmes (including Construction Industries).

Key Responsibilities

Promote and implement teaching and learning initiatives to develop practice across the curriculum.Embed a coaching and mentoring model to support teacher development.Lead on teaching and learning projects to drive quality improvements.Develop and deliver training to teachers and trainers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000-£44,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including 39 days annual leave, flexible working opportunities, a generous pension scheme, and perks package.
