Join MidKent College as a Higher Education Curriculum Manager Lead and take on a challenging role that combines leadership, curriculum development, and quality assurance. As a key member of the IoT team, you will be responsible for leading the curriculum team in the preparation, development, and implementation of curriculum plans. With a focus on delivering high-quality education, you will work closely with staff to ensure that all teaching and learning delivery plans meet the strategic plan set by the College.

We are seeking an experienced manager with a proven track record in curriculum management, preferably in a Further Education environment. Your passion for team development and motivation will help drive continuous improvements across the Institute. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working options, annual leave, and access to professional development opportunities.
