P4 Recruitment Ltd is delighted to partner with a renowned care provider in Lancaster, Lancashire. Our client offers a unique opportunity for a skilled Care Team Leader to join their team in a state-of-the-art care home.

The Role:

As a Care Team Leader, you will lead a team of carers, providing exceptional care to residents with dementia and other needs. You will work closely with the management team to develop care plans, monitoring resident well-being and making adjustments as necessary.

Salary and Package: £31,362 per annum (competitive salary) + company benefits package, including a workplace pension scheme, health cash plan, discounted gym membership, and employee assistance programme.

Our Client:

The care home provides a warm and welcoming environment, complete with a beauty salon, ice cream parlour, and cinema room. Residents can enjoy a range of activities and amenities, making it an ideal place to live and work.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 health and social care or equivalent
