"P4 Recruitment Ltd" is seeking a skilled and experienced Elderly Care Team Manager to lead our care team at an award-winning care home in Lancaster, Lancashire. This modern care home provides a range of services, including personal, dementia, and respite care, across three floors. Our care home features high-quality decor, modern furnishings, and video calling facilities, creating an engaging and comfortable environment for residents.
We require a qualified individual with NVQ level 3 health and social care or equivalent and significant experience in elderly and dementia care, including proven leadership skills and knowledge of medication management. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £14.36 per hour, rising to £31,362.24 per annum, plus benefits such as a company workplace pension scheme, health cash plan, discounted gym membership, employee assistance programme, free lunch, and a refer-a-friend scheme.
