About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our intermediary sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our sales strategy, achieving revenue targets through intermediary channels, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The Salary:
Up to £95,000 per annum, plus 40% bonus.
About the Job:
- Oversight of the firm's sales strategy and achievement of revenue targets through intermediary channels.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers and networks.
- Drive the successful execution of sales initiatives, leveraging relationships to ensure business flow across customer segments and product lines.
- Managing the broker panel of the firm and ensuring high levels of customer service for all brokers and customers.
- Developing strategies to keep the firm competitive and innovative, identifying valuable emerging markets and serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
About You:
- Strong ability to analyse evolving market dynamics and develop strategic sales and marketing plans in response.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with exceptional skills in prioritising and managing a dynamic and fast-paced workload.
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining effective partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Understanding of KPIs that drive the business and their impact on business outcomes, with the ability to analyse, interpret, and act on data to drive strategic improvements.
- Extensive experience in marketing and sales management within the intermediary industry, backed by a proven track record of driving success and achieving high-performance outcomes.
