Job Title: IT Service Desk Specialist


Job Summary:


As an IT Service Desk Specialist at the Bureau Veritas Group, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees across Northwest Europe. This role involves resolving IT issues, managing tickets, and collaborating with other departments.


Key Responsibilities:


• Provide remote technical support to employees, ensuring resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)


• Act as a single point of contact for IT-related issues, receiving calls and logging tickets into the Bureau Veritas system


• Manage and maintain accurate documentation of local systems, providing updates to related teams


• Interface with other departments, such as finance and HR, regarding new starters and leavers


Requirements:


• Experience in a similar IT support role


• Knowledge of IT support principles, including Windows O/S and Microsoft Office


• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team


• Ability to prioritize and effectively time manage tasks
