Greater Manchester Police is seeking an exceptional Service Desk Operator to join their team. Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, this role involves managing calls from internal staff and providing first-line technical support investigations.

This exciting and varied role will put you at the forefront of delivering innovative technology within Greater Manchester Police, an organisation that is developing its IT capacity and is a dynamic, fun place to work. This role will also enable you to be at the heart of keeping Greater Manchester safe and is a hybrid role which will see you in the office 1-2 days a week.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies and will be responsible for providing technical support to internal staff. They will also be involved in the development of new processes and procedures to improve the service desk operation.
