Service Desk Support Specialist

Cognizant is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our Infrastructure services practice. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to customers across the firm, ensuring all queries are answered promptly, and requests and incidents are dealt with appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Log and manage incidents and requests within the firm's service management system.
- Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd line teams to resolve complex issues.
- Proactively identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Experience with supporting document management systems, remote working, and Microsoft applications.
- Customer service and IT Service Desk experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
