Role Overview:

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and managing client accounts. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive support to clients and manage their accounts.
  • Manage client portfolios, including administering client portfolio variations and taking ownership of queries.
  • Update forecasting documentation (fee pipeline for rolling 12 months) and maintain client information sheets.
  • Assist with invoice queries and upload client reports to Meridian and/or other systems as stipulated by the client.
  • Provide guidance and advice to clients on our bespoke web-based property risk management system, Meridian.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service background.
  • Strong IT skills, including Office products and Excel.
  • Data-input experience and willingness to learn new IT.
  • A-level standard of education and previous experience in a Client Service role for 3 years is desired.
