Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Portfolio Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive support to clients, managing routine aspects of client accounts, and providing guidance on our bespoke web-based property risk management system, Meridian.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bilding excellent relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Processing new job requests, chasing purchase orders, and updating service fees
  • Providing quotations using a standard fee matrix and maintaining accurate forecasting documentation
  • Maintaining client information sheets, updating reports, and coordinating SLA meetings
  • Assisting with invoice queries and escalating issues to the Helpdesk as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Detailed understanding of the client portfolio and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records
  • Strong technical proficiency, including Office products (especially Excel), data entry experience, and willingness to learn new systems
  • A-level education and prior experience in client services or a similar role
