Diary Management Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Diary Management Specialist to join our team at Equals One Ltd. As a key member of our scheduling team, you will be responsible for creating and managing complex visit schedules for our consultants, ensuring that client needs are met while maximizing diary efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

* Create and manage visit schedules for consultants, taking into account client preferences, consultant availability, and geographical considerations.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with consultants, ensuring that they are informed and supported throughout the scheduling process.
* Utilize IT systems to coordinate and distribute information to clients, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
* Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring that consultant and client needs are met in a fair and efficient manner.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address scheduling queries and provide support as needed.
* Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives to enhance business growth.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in diary management, scheduling, or planning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with consultants and clients.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
* Strong knowledge of UK geography and postcode areas, enabling effective route optimization and resource allocation.
* High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Proactive problem-solving approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
* Self-motivated and organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
