Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our HR team as a Recruitment Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the recruitment process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new staff members.

About Us

Polaris is one of the UK's leading children's service providers, offering a range of services including therapeutic children's homes, schools, and Leaving Care services. Our Residential Division supports young people's emotional, social, mental, and academic progression, enabling them to grow and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a good understanding of the brands within Polaris, including their work culture and environment
  • Advertising vacancies and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Liaising with candidates, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Reviewing CVs, conducting telephone interviews, and briefing candidates on job responsibilities and benefits
  • Managing recruitment folders, distributing paperwork securely, and submitting successful appointments to HR
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Recruitment or HR background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and work independently
  • Experience working with the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
