Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role provides an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment, delivering high-quality patient care for individuals with acute mental health needs.

To succeed in this position, you must hold valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse, demonstrate evidence of post-registration professional development, and possess a positive attitude towards quality improvement.

  • Funded continuing professional development (CPD) courses and fully covered NMC registration fees are available.
  • Career progression pathways, including Charge Nurse, Night Manager, and Ward Manager roles, are accessible.

As a member of our supportive team, you will work collaboratively with Ward Managers during day shifts and Night Managers during night shifts. Enjoy benefits such as extra days off, generous annual leave, study leave, subsidized meals, and free kitchen access. A wellbeing fund is also available to support team health and morale.

A relocation package is offered to facilitate your transition into this new role. Flexible shift patterns, including nights from 7:30pm to 8:00am and part-time options, are available. You will play a key role in a person-centred care environment, working with patients, families, and external agencies to support recovery and facilitate safe discharge back into the community.

Compensation Package:

£42,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
