Your Role

  1. Deliver exceptional care to patients with acute mental health needs.
  2. Work effectively with professionals, including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, Doctors, Support Workers, Therapists, Activity Coordinators, and the Senior Management Team.
  3. Ensure that patient needs are met with compassion and professionalism by assessing and treating them.

Key Requirements

  • NMC registration (RNLD/RMN)
  • Post-registration continuing professional development
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to change, improvement, and quality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices
  • Mental Health Act and Code of Practice knowledge
