Job Overview

Sanctuary Personnel is a leading provider of behavioural care and specialist support services for adults and young people. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurses to join our multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will work within a dynamic and supportive environment, fostering a community feel in our 28-bedded hospital located in Willenhall. Our person-centred approach promotes collaborative care planning to achieve optimal treatment goals.

About the Role

  1. Providing high-quality care to patients with acute mental health needs.
  2. Working closely with professionals including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, Doctors, Support Workers, Therapists, Activity Coordinators, and the Senior Management Team.
  3. Assessing and treating patients, contributing to care planning, and ensuring individual needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A valid NMC registration (RNLD/RMN)
  • Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to change, improvement, and quality
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice
