RMN RNLD Healthcare Provider

We are looking for a highly skilled RMN RNLD Healthcare Provider to join our team at Lakeside View. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to patients with acute mental health needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to care for patients who are admitted to us for assessment and treatment. You will work closely with our dedicated team, including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, Doctors, Support Workers, Therapists, Activity Coordinators, and the Senior Management Team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- a valid NMC registration as an RMN/RNLD
- evidence of post-registration continuing professional development
- a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
- excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices
- knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice

- day shifts are supported by Ward Managers and Charge Nurses, while night shifts are supported by Night Managers
- there is a manager-on-call system, ensuring that you have access to senior support out-of-hours
- you will work alongside a Junior Doctor, Speciality Doctors, and Consultant Psychiatrists, with an on-call Consultant Psychiatrist available for additional support
The estimated salary for this role is £41,000-£46,000 per annum, based on experience and location. This competitive salary reflects the importance of this position in providing high-quality care to our patients.
