Clinical Mental Health Practitioner

Mercos Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Mental Health Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a supportive environment caring for patients with acute mental health needs.About the Role:
This permanent, full-time position involves working across three small acute wards, each designed for a close-knit and community-focused experience. As a Clinical Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing person-centred care, working with patients, families, and external agencies to support recovery and facilitate safe discharge back into the community.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid NMC Registration (RMN/RNLD), evidence of post-registration professional development, and a positive attitude towards quality improvement. Additionally, they should have knowledge of NMC standards, the Mental Health Act, and best practices.
