">The Role:
">- You will work as a Night Nurse in our village community, providing exceptional personal care to our residents.">
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinical needs of our residents are met, working closely with the Village Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Oversee the health needs of all household customers and act appropriately.">
- Manage medication effectively.">
- Maintain accurate written documentation, including risk assessments and life plans.">
- Support the team with personal care.">
- Contribute to clinical governance data and meetings.">
- Complete relevant nursing audits.">
- Provide holistic End of Life Care.">
About You:
