We're currently seeking a caring and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Crewe. As a key member of our community carer team, you'll be working closely with our warm and friendly colleagues to make a real impact on the lives of older people.

The role involves carrying out various duties, including:

  • Providing personal care
  • Managing medications
  • Precparing meals
  • Delivering dementia care
  • Assisting with shopping and outings
