Job Title: Care Professional

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Professional, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing personalized care and support to help them live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Run errands and provide transportation to appointments and activities.
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Work collaboratively with our office staff and other care professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements:
