Job Overview:
We are recruiting an exceptional Parts Department Manager to join our team in Northampton. As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our large Parts Department, ensuring seamless delivery of parts to our customers. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the Parts Department, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring timely delivery of parts
- Work closely with the Aftersales Manager and Service department to align business objectives and drive growth
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Parts Advisors to meet customer demands
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the Parts Department

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor or similar role is highly beneficial
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Attractive salary range: £33,000 - £38,000 per annum (OTE £37,000 - £42,000)
